15th July 2013

Greetings!
Today I write to you from Glasgow, Scotland, where the clouds are dark and a cold wind is picking up - a very Scottish summer indeed!  No doubt the sun continues shining in London and I look forward to my next trip at the end of this month.

Samuel Johnson put it so eloquently when debating London's merits with his Edinburgh born friend James Boswell back in 1777 when he said "When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford".

And almost 250 years later London remains, in my opinion, one of the best cities in the world, as well as providing an unrivaled centre for financial services, which in turn helps private investors to access the stock markets.

I'm so pleased that so many of you enjoyed Charlie Burton's webinar last week entitled 'How to Turn a $10k account into a $100k account in 2 Years'  and thank you for all your positive feedback. If you missed the live session, the recording is still available to view online by using the following link:

If you would like to join Charlie for a small intensive workshop, he will be coaching the Stock Trader Workshop with the Marbella School of Trading on Friday, 13th September in Marbella, Spain.  Also available is the Forex Trader Workshop with Carol Harmer.  Click here.

I'm currently talking to Alpesh Patel about a new webinar that he's created specifically for forex trading that we're scheduling for next Tuesday, 23rd July.  I'll have more details and registration links available shortly.

{Webinars are such a convenient way to stay up to date and learn new skills, but what day of the week and time frame suits you the most?  I'd really appreciate it if you could drop me aquick email to let me know so that we can improve future scheduling.}
Alpesh Patel will also speaking live at the next London Investor Show which takes place on Friday, 25th October at London Olympia - make sure you put the date in your diary.  Full details of the line up so far are on the website.

Over the summer, I've set myself the task of testing out a few new trading systems (there's plenty to choose from!) to see if they perform as well as advertised.  I'm about 5 weeks into using The Bedtime Trader and the results are encouraging so far.  I'll keep you posted on progress, but if you're interested to find out more for yourself you can link to the details here.

Until next week good luck with your trading.

Kind regards
Simon Campbell
